ISHS will be closed over the Easter Bank Holiday Weekend (10/4/2020-13/4/2020).

Opening again on Tuesday 14th April 2020.

In keeping with the rapidly developing guidance from the government re: COVID-19 all appointments must be made by calling clinic.
Please call 0300 020 0027 and select option 3 or ask to speak to the Trage Nurse Monday to Friday between 9am & 3:00pm. 

Your needs will be assessed any you will be made an appropriate appointment. 

ISHS will be offering a limited service and will review this on a day to day basis, we apologise for the inconvenience and we will contact you if your appointment needs to be re-arranged.

How to Make an Appointment Online

  • To make an appointment online you must complete the triage assessment below in green. 
  • Once you have answered the appropriate triage questions you will be directed to “Please register or log in for online booking” and advised which clinic list to make your appointment with.
  • When you click on the link a new window will open and you will be asked to enter your online account information or to register for an online account if you do not already have one.
  • Please ensure you use a current and active email address and mobile number as you will be sent a verification email and an activation code to your mobile phone via text message. If you do not receive your verification email in your “inbox” please check your “junk or spam” folders.
  • Please note online booking is not appropriate for urgent situations.
